		<description>not sure what apples intent is, and i agree this should be done with javascript. and like the previous commenter suggests, now that we know it can be done, hackers are bound to come up with an alternate way of doing this with javascript.</description>

Like I said I can see a utility for animation on hover effect. You can already move let&#039;s say a left property with :hover, but this could add a nice transition without the need of javascript</description>
